Kudostu – Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the Kudostu online store (hereafter referred to as “Kudostu”) at https://Kudostu.com. Kudostu is a trade name owned by Limitless Venture Group Oy, Business ID: 2804095-2.
These are the contractual terms between Kudostu and the customer. By using the Kudostu online store or placing an order, you accept and agree to comply with these terms.
By accepting these terms, the customer agrees to be bound by them in full and expressly accepts the use of personal data and cookies in accordance with Kudostu’s privacy policy and cookie terms.
1. General Terms
Kudostu does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the online store. The service may be unavailable partially or entirely due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
The online store serves consumer customers. Customers under 18 must have guardian consent. If there are differences in terms between consumers and business customers, they are explicitly stated.
We reserve the right to change these terms and prices at any time.

2. Shopping in the Online Store
Products are ordered by adding them to the shopping cart and proceeding to payment via the “Cart” page. Our system allows you to review your order before submission. Please check your order on every page of the checkout process.
3. Ordering and Order Confirmation
Orders are placed through https://Kudostu.com via the cart. All orders are confirmed by email, including order details and total cost. The order becomes binding once the confirmation email is sent.
A valid and functional email address is required to receive an order confirmation. Save the confirmation as it is proof of your order and may be needed for customer service.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to the current terms and any delivery or payment terms specified during checkout.
Information in marketing or on the website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer.
There may be a minimum order limit, which is stated in the store. Orders below this threshold may not be accepted.
4. Prices
All prices include VAT. A breakdown may appear alongside the product or at checkout.
Kudostu reserves the right to change prices at any time. The customer is responsible for verifying the final price at checkout.
5. Payments
Stripe
Payment services are provided by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe). Payments go through Stripe’s interface, and they appear under Stripe.

Payment Methods
Via Stripe, you can pay using offered Payment methods. Available payment methods may change at any given time.

During payment, personal data may be transferred to Stripe or payment providers to process the transaction securely and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
6. Shipping, Delivery Methods & Fees
Delivery time includes processing and shipping time. For custom-order items, production and delivery time from the manufacturer is added. Any longer delivery times are communicated at checkout.
Orders are processed on weekdays between 10:00 and 15:00. Most products are hobby-related tools and materials with variable delivery times, generally dispatched within 7 business days.
Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. Special delivery methods and costs may apply to oversized items.
Promotions may include reduced or free shipping for qualifying orders based on the product value (excluding delivery fees).
Report any damaged or lost deliveries within 14 days to Kudostu or the responsible carrier.
7. Product Support & Order Issues
For product inquiries or order issues, contact info@Kudostu.com. We do not handle these matters by phone.
8. Product Information
Product details, availability, warranty (if applicable), and special conditions are provided on the product page or in the order confirmation. Kudostu offers no additional warranties unless specified.
9. Returns & Exchanges

Consumers have a 14-day right to return or exchange unused, saleable products in original packaging. Return costs and a handling fee are the customer’s responsibility.
Contact us before returning a product. Returns without prior notice will not be accepted.
Once a cancellation notice is submitted, the customer has 14 days to return the product. If not returned, the purchase is considered final.
Returns must include the following:
- Order number
- Name
- Phone number
- Email
- IBAN for refunds
Returns after 14 days from delivery will not be accepted. The handling fee is €5.90 per return. No right of return applies to business or professional purchases.
10. Invalid Orders
Orders are not binding if there’s an obvious error (e.g., decimal mistake) or if payment/addresses are invalid or the payment doesn’t clear in 5 days.
11. Liability
Kudostu is not liable for direct or indirect damages unless required by law. We are not liable for profit loss, device failures, or delays due to user modification. Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control, such as strikes, wars, epidemics, or natural disasters.
13. Disputes
We follow Finnish law. Disputes can be referred to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board. Contact Consumer Advisory Services first.
14. Other Terms
Customers must read and accept the latest terms before ordering. Customer data is processed confidentially and shared only as necessary to fulfill the order.
These terms also apply, where relevant, to orders placed through other sales channels.
15. Sale Conditions
Sales apply only to marked products. Sale prices cannot be combined with other offers. Sale items are limited in quantity and available while stock lasts.
Products with the “SALE” tag show both the current and the lowest price from the last 30 days.
